Epoxy powder coating for drinking water pipes (FBE)
The product implements is made of special epoxy resin, special curing agent, food-grade facial filler configuration, high reactivity, strong adhesion, high crosslinking density, good surface smoothness of the coating, high luster, good flexibility and good mechanical properties. Test results accord with AWWA C213-2022,GB/T 28897-2021,CJ/T 120-2016 technical standards.
In addition to the general anti-corrosion powder properties, this product also meets the hygienic requirements of protective materials in the "Safety evaluation standards for equipment and protective materials for drinking water conveyance" (2001) and GBT 17219-1998 "Standard for safety evaluation of equipment and protective materials in drinking water system".In addition, it has obtained the domestic health license for drinking water safety products in Hebei Province, with the approval number: Ji Wei Shui Zi (2015) No.0101. In addition, the product also complies with the British standard BS6920-1-2014 "Suitability of non-metallic materials and products for use in contact with water intended for human consumption with regard to their effect on the quality of the water" and has passed the WRAS certification of the UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme Ltd..Approval Number: 2011530.
1. Application scope and characteristics
●Compared with other types of coatings, environmental protection, easy to thick coating, good adhesion, with excellent cathode stripping and anti-corrosion properties.

1 . Coating method: Electrostatic spraying,thermal spraying, fluidized bed, well immersion coating, roll coating
2 . Theoretical dosage: 150g/M2/100μm
3 .Surface treatment: Sandblasting or Pelblasting.
4 .Curing instructions:The powder coating is applied on the surface of 180~230℃ preheated workpiece, cured by waste heat, and generally does not need later heating. If the ambient temperature is very low or the heat capacity of the workpiece is insufficient, additional heating and curing is required.
